Agency Services

General Agency Services Questions

About our done-for-you services, retainers, and how we work with clients.

The three highest-impact agency services for small businesses are professional website development, marketing automation setup, and local SEO. A well-built website establishes credibility and converts visitors. Automations ensure no lead goes uncontacted. And local SEO builds long-term search visibility that generates leads without ongoing ad spend. These three services work together — and when built inside a single connected platform like Reachific™, they compound each other's results.
A digital marketing agency helps small businesses by handling the technical and strategic work that most business owners don't have time to learn or execute themselves — website development, automation setup, SEO, and ongoing optimization. The right agency acts as a growth partner, not just a vendor. At Reachific, our agency services are built inside the same platform the business uses daily, so everything stays connected and nothing falls through the cracks.
A marketing retainer is an ongoing monthly agreement where a business pays an agency a set fee for continued services — rather than hiring for one-time projects. Retainers work well for services that require ongoing attention, like SEO, automation management, and content. At Reachific, our agency services are retainer-based because digital marketing produces compounding results over time, not overnight. A retainer ensures your digital presence is continuously built, monitored, and optimized.
While our agency services are designed to work inside the Reachific™ platform for maximum integration and results, we can discuss your specific situation during a free strategy call. The platform is where we build your website, automations, and CRM — so having it in place ensures everything works together as one connected system rather than a collection of disconnected tools.

Website Development

Website Development Questions

Timelines, platforms, hosting, and what's included in a web build.

Most websites are completed within 2–4 weeks from the time we receive your content, branding assets, and project brief. Simple landing pages and single-page sites can be turned around faster — often within 5–7 business days. More complex multi-page websites with custom integrations, funnels, or membership areas typically take 3–5 weeks. We provide a clear timeline at the start of every project.
All Reachific websites are built inside the Reachific™ platform — which means your website, CRM, automations, and lead pipeline are natively connected in one system. There is no WordPress, Wix, or third-party website platform involved. This eliminates plugin conflicts, hosting fragmentation, and integration headaches that are common with traditional website builds.
Yes. We regularly migrate and redesign existing websites — whether they're currently on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or another platform. We audit your current site, identify what's working and what isn't, and rebuild it inside Reachific™ with a structure that's optimized for local SEO, lead conversion, and integration with your CRM from day one.
Yes — every website we build is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices. Given that the majority of local search traffic comes from smartphones, mobile performance is treated as a primary requirement, not an afterthought. We test on multiple screen sizes before every site goes live.
Yes. All websites built inside the Reachific™ platform are hosted on our infrastructure — included as part of your Reachific subscription. There is no separate hosting bill, no GoDaddy, no WP Engine. Your subscription covers the platform, hosting, and the connected tools your business runs on.
Yes. The Reachific™ platform includes a drag-and-drop website builder that allows you to make content updates, swap images, add pages, and edit copy without any coding knowledge. For more significant structural changes, our team is available to assist as part of your retainer or on a project basis.

Marketing Automations

Business Automations Questions

What can be automated, how long it takes, and what we build.

The most impactful tasks to automate in a small business are: lead follow-up (SMS and email sequences triggered instantly when a new lead comes in), appointment booking and reminders, review request campaigns after service completion, pipeline stage updates based on customer actions, onboarding sequences for new clients, and invoice and payment reminders. Virtually any repeatable communication or notification can be automated.
Marketing automations help small businesses by ensuring that no lead goes uncontacted, no appointment goes unconfirmed, and no customer goes unappreciated — consistently and without requiring staff time for every individual interaction. The result is faster lead response, fewer no-shows, more reviews, and a more consistent customer experience across the board.
All Reachific automations are built inside the Reachific™ platform, which means your CRM, website, pipeline, and automations are natively connected in one system. There's no third-party integration risk, no data syncing issues, and no tool fragmentation — everything works together as one cohesive operation.
Simple, high-impact automations — like a lead follow-up sequence or appointment reminder — can often be live within one week. More complex systems involving multi-stage pipelines, conditional logic, and industry-specific workflows typically take 2–3 weeks to properly design, build, and test. We always test thoroughly before going live.
We can audit what you have, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and either improve your existing workflows or rebuild them into a cleaner, more connected system. Our free Automation Audit is the right starting point — it gives you a clear picture of what's working, what's missing, and what to build next.

SEO

AEO

SEO & Answer Engine Optimization Questions

Local search, AI-powered answers, Google Business Profile, and what results to expect.

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) is the practice of structuring online content so that AI tools — including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar platforms — can accurately identify, understand, and cite your business when users ask relevant questions. As AI-powered search becomes a primary way people find businesses and information, AEO ensures your business is represented in those AI-generated answers, not just in traditional blue-link search results.
SEO focuses on ranking in traditional search results — the list of links that appears when you Google something. AEO focuses on being included in AI-generated answers — the direct responses that AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity provide when users ask questions, rather than clicking through a list of results. Both require strong content and domain authority, but AEO specifically requires structured, question-and-answer formatted content written in a way that AI models can extract and cite clearly.
Most local businesses begin to see measurable movement in search rankings within 60–90 days of foundational SEO work being completed — including technical fixes, Google Business Profile optimization, and on-page content improvements. More significant results, such as consistent top-3 map pack placement for competitive keywords, typically develop over 3–6 months. The timeline depends on local competition, the starting condition of the website, and how much foundational work is required.
Yes — paid ads stop producing results the moment you stop paying for them. SEO builds compounding, durable search visibility that continues to generate traffic and leads over time without ongoing ad spend. Additionally, organic results and Google map pack listings are trusted differently by users — many searchers specifically avoid ads and click only on organic results. The most effective strategy combines both: ads for immediate leads while SEO builds long-term organic authority.
Any business serving a local geographic area benefits significantly from local SEO. The highest ROI is typically seen by service-based businesses where customers search by location — home services (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, landscapers), healthcare (chiropractors, dentists, therapists), legal and financial services, automotive, and personal care businesses like salons and barbershops. These industries have customers with very high search intent — someone searching "plumber near me" is actively looking to hire, making search visibility directly tied to revenue.
To get your business cited in AI-generated search answers, you need to implement AEO strategies: create structured Q&A content that directly answers common questions in your industry, use FAQ schema markup so AI tools can identify your content as authoritative, build consistent and accurate business information across the web (website, Google Business Profile, directories), and establish domain authority through quality content and citations. AI tools source answers from pages that clearly and directly address the question being asked — structured, factual content performs best.
A Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is a free listing that controls how your business appears in Google Search and Google Maps. It is the single most important local SEO asset for service businesses — it determines whether you appear in the map pack (the top 3 local results shown prominently above organic results). An optimized profile includes accurate business information, selected service categories, customer reviews, photos, regular posts, and Q&A content — all of which directly influence your local ranking.
