Report Disclaimer

Reachific™ Pulse ("Pulse") is an add on product of the Reachific™ platform. It produces automated operational reports from data in your Reachific account with the help of artificial intelligence. This disclaimer applies to every Pulse report, email, web page, and recommendation. It is part of, and governed by, the Reachific Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.

1. Informational purposes only

Pulse reports, summaries, scores, and recommendations are provided for general informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, employment, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decision or action you take based on a report.

2. Accuracy depends on your data and on AI

Pulse is only as accurate as the data in your account. Missing, late, duplicated, or incorrect records will affect every result. Summaries and recommendations are written with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or misclassifications. Please verify important details in your own systems before acting.

3. A point in time snapshot

Each report reflects your data at the moment it was generated. Orders, messages, and automations may change after that moment and will not be reflected until the next report.

4. Read only access

Pulse reads your account data. It does not edit, delete, or send anything on your behalf. Any change to your account, customers, or workflows is made by you or at your direction.

5. Targets are settings, not standards

Time limits, targets, and status labels come from your Pulse playbook. They are adjustable internal settings, not published industry standards or guarantees of performance.

6. Not an evaluation of individuals

Pulse describes work by stage, role, and category to show where orders are waiting. It is not a performance review of any person. Reports must not be used as the sole basis for any employment, disciplinary, or compensation decision.

7. Communications coverage

Pulse only sees messages that pass through your Reachific inbox. Emails, calls, or texts handled in personal accounts or outside systems are not visible to Pulse and may appear as no reply recorded.

8. Outside systems and integrations

Where Pulse includes data from integrations or outside systems, that data is provided by those systems. Reachific is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or changes.

9. How your data is processed

To generate reports, relevant account data is processed by Reachific and by carefully selected service providers, including artificial intelligence providers, under confidentiality obligations and only to deliver the Service. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

10. Report links

Each report is published at a private, unlisted web address. Anyone who has the link can view the report. Share links only with people you trust, and contact us if you need a report removed.

11. No guarantee of results

Pulse is designed to make problems visible. Reachific does not guarantee any particular outcome, including faster fulfillment, higher revenue, or fewer customer complaints. All warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability in the Terms apply to Pulse.

12. Trials, billing, and cancellation

Pulse subscriptions, free trials, billing, and cancellation are governed by Section 13 of the Terms. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
